Original printed wrappers; removed from bound volume; wear along backstrip and signs of light damping. Good+ condition with ownership signature on front wrapper of former University of South Carolina Head Librarian: "A. S. Salley, Columbia, S.C., May 5, 1933." The work contains a couple of marginal annotations in pencil by Salley and a 1944 printed notice of the death of Douglas C. McMurtrie by the Ludlow Typograph Company is tipped in at the rear. A very nice association copy. One of only 100 separates printed by the Oxford University Press from the Transactions of the Bibliographical society, (The Library) of March 1933.
